As a Commercial Specialist – Field Agent, you will play a key role in supporting clients, engaging with commercial customers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and organisational policies.

Job Responsibility

  • Visit commercial water customers on behalf of major water retail clients
  • Obtain payments for arrears and verify lease agreements for new occupiers
  • Carry out temporary disconnection or reconnection of water supply where required
  • Engage with customers to resolve account issues and queries
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Participate in full training and development programmes

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
  • ULEZ-compliant vehicle for assignments in London
  • Clean DBS check
  • Satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted where repayment arrangements are in place)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients

Nice to have

  • Background in energy, utilities, or enforcement operations
  • Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery, or other customer-facing field roles requiring negotiation, resilience, and professionalism
