Job Responsibility:

  • Visit commercial water customers on behalf of major water retail clients
  • Obtain payments for arrears and verify lease agreements for new occupiers
  • Carry out temporary disconnection or reconnection of water supply where required
  • Engage with customers to resolve account issues and queries
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Participate in full training and development programmes

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
  • ULEZ-compliant vehicle for assignments in London
