Job Description:

An experienced and highly autonomous Commercial Law Solicitor with upwards of 10 years' experience (including IP and GDPR) is sought for a boutique London-based law firm with a blue-chip client base. Responsibilities include managing high-level commercial law matters with minimal supervision. Benefits include competitive salary, hybrid work, and a friendly working environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality commercial law advice to a blue-chip international client base
  • work across company formation, data protection, commercial contracts, TMT, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Upwards of 10 years commercial law experience including IP and GDPR
  • experience in handling a high-quality caseload
  • ability to work with minimal supervision on matters such as company formation, data protection, commercial contracts, TMT, and regulatory compliance
  • experience in working with listed companies or large privately held businesses
  • mature and friendly working culture.
