I leverage business knowledge, strategic objectives, and market trends to develop and implement marketing initiatives that optimize media investments, maximize the effectiveness of different media that ultimately impact consumer, and generate revenue for our business. My communication area of responsibility is Commercial calendar communication and visitation driving communication. With the oversight of the marketing manager, I lead budget planning and expense reconciliation, ensuring efficient resource allocation for these two areas of the marketing communication plan. In this capacity, I manage the team responsible for the social media strategy and media agency performance evaluation. I ensure that all marketing initiatives reflect IKEA's brand values, adapting them to the Mexican market while maintaining a strong connection with home furnishing trends and local retail strategies. My goal is to inspire consumers to fall in love with our products and to visit our CMPS, aligning marketing efforts with consumer needs and business priorities with the wider marketing team and Marketing and PR Manager
