Job Responsibility:
Provide outstanding and knowledgeable service to commercial customers, diagnosing and solving a wide range of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical problems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of plumbing equipment, fixtures, and piping across various commercial facilities
Build trusting relationships with business owners and maintenance managers by providing honest, fact-based opinions to help them make informed decisions
Proactively identify and fix small issues before they turn into major repairs, ensuring equipment longevity and customer satisfaction
Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with a supportive team that leans on each other as needed
Prioritize safety by observing all safety regulations and following OSHA requirements
Share your knowledge and mentor those who are just starting out in the trade
Maintain clear and timely communication and take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat and accurate manner
Requirements:
6-10+ years of commercial plumbing service and install experience required
A Journeyman’s or Master’s License is a plus
Backflow certification is highly preferred
Must have a valid and current driver’s license with an insurable driving record
A High School Diploma or GED is required
An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required
Experience operating a commercial jetter is preferred
Proficiency with technology, including an iPad, and the ability to type professional emails
Ability to kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
A strong drive to do the job right the first time and a genuine sense of pride in your work
You are a lifelong learner who never stops growing in the field
Nice to have:
Journeyman’s or Master’s License
Backflow certification
Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school
Experience operating a commercial jetter
