We are looking for an experienced Commercial Service Manager that will work with all stakeholders within the Global End-2-End Monitoring service to ensure an end to end delivery of project creation, ordering process management, preparation of monthly reviews, planning controlling and monitoring of the whole service family D71 Monitoring and CES areas.
Job Responsibility:
Create centralized reporting framework or dashboard for financial reporting and overview
Manage the procurement/demandbook requests for external labor (DLIII), controlling of time sheets, planned-to-used budget, and software orders and act as the deputy of SO in Ariba
Planning, controlling and monitoring life cycle management for the entire D71 Monitoring service family, including support in yearly service planning
Track and follow up monthly charging process for user consumption, service requests, ITOM, SAM and future products
Monitoring and preparation for monthly reviews (costs, revenues, planned vs actual, etc.)
Project and resource management in PPM for the SIM ServiceNow Service Family
Creation and support in the preparation of offers for the Global E2E Monitoring Service (Run) in cooperation with technical experts and experts for deliveries or service providers for the services in the area of responsibility (DLIII and Order Agreements/Change Requests)
Answer to inquiries and requests from all internal and external stakeholders as part of the service responsibility
Keep an open and continuous communication with COO Pillar Controlling and Support Teams
Take ownership or support in financial service documentation creation: pricing overview, consumption calculators, etc.
Manage communication and reports on major incidents, including escalation management to the company, to relevant contacts
Act as admin and maintain the accuracy of financial and controlling information on the Global E2E Monitoring Connect page
Support of revision and compliance checks
Requirements:
Qualification or corresponding professional experience in Finance (at least 3 years in Finance and Controlling processes)
Knowledge of IT and IT-related projects/services of at least 2 years
In-depth knowledge / experience in IT service management processes (esp. Service Operation / Service Transition)
Overview knowledge of IT service management tools and knowledge and experience with the AZ Tech ITSM tools and processes
Experience with international project or (offshore) cooperation
Conceptual skills as well as experience with operational processes
Pronounced commitment and flexibility, assertiveness, goal and team orientation as well as independent work, personal responsibility, initiative, persuasiveness and negotiation skills
Fluency in English is required
Fluency in German is a plus
Reliable with high level of accuracy
Ability to coordinate with all levels of stakeholders and ability to persuade / follow-up to ensure results
Team player and ability to work under pressure with advanced level of self-organization and initiative
Ability to remotely coordinate with stakeholders across the globe by effectively utilizing the existing communication channels
Good communication and relationship building skills
Excellent ability in English language (oral and written)
Very good SAP skills
Basic Ariba skills
Certification in PRINCE2 (Foundation/Practitioner) is a plus
Certification in ITIL V3 (Foundation) is a plus
ServiceNow knowledge on user level
Nice to have:
Fluency in German is a plus
Certification in PRINCE2 (Foundation/Practitioner) is a plus
