Job Responsibility

  • Optimise sales and profitability by owning the product range and actively delivering commercial priorities and volume targets
  • Translate local market insights, customer feedback, and seasonal trends into actionable commercial plans
  • Maintain strong awareness of competition, pricing, supply flow, and performance metrics
  • Use business analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities, risks, and growth drivers
  • Act quickly on feedback to continuously improve the shopping experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in active selling by understanding customers, their needs, and local market behaviors
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify priorities and adjust quickly in response to business needs
  • Background in retail sales or interior design-focused environments

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management
  • Passion for developing people, building talent pipelines, and driving results through others
