To support this momentum, they're looking for a dynamic Commercial Sales Manager who can elevate their commercial performance and build long-term value across their events.
Job Responsibility
Driving revenue growth across exhibition space, sponsorships, and value-added products
Building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Identifying new business opportunities and emerging market segments
Leading outreach to prospective exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
Managing and growing key accounts to maximise retention and year-on-year spend
Delivering compelling sales presentations and negotiating commercial agreements
Collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance event propositions
Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within exhibitions, events, or media
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Confident communicator able to engage senior-level decision-makers
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and develop new revenue streams
Highly organised, proactive, and motivated by results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
