Job Responsibility:
Manage both showroom and field‑based commercial vehicle sales activity
Support retail and small fleet customers with their Ford Pro vehicle requirements
Guide business users through the complete Ford Pro purchasing journey
Provide tailored advice on finance, insurance, accessories, and fleet solutions
Build strong, long‑term relationships with SME, trade, and growing business clients
Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage
Generate new business through proactive outreach and account development
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year in any customer‑facing role
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn
A full UK driving licence
