Job Responsibility:
Guide customers through the entire vehicle buying journey—from initial enquiry and test drives to finance options and delivery
Offer tailored advice on finance, insurance, and accessories
Build trust and rapport to understand and meet individual customer needs
Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship-building
Requirements:
At least 1 year in any customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call centres, etc.)
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn
A full UK driving licence
