Job Responsibility:

  • Guide customers through the entire vehicle buying journey—from initial enquiry and test drives to finance options and delivery
  • Offer tailored advice on finance, insurance, and accessories
  • Build trust and rapport to understand and meet individual customer needs
  • Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship-building

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in any customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call centres, etc.)
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn
  • A full UK driving licence
