We are looking for a Commercial Sales Director / Head of Sales to lead and grow the B2C and B2B business in Malaysia. This role will manage the sales team, drive market expansion, and develop strategies to grow revenue and brand presence nationwide. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong initiative, passion for growth, and the drive to build something meaningful.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage overall B2C and B2B sales operations in Malaysia
Build, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and coverage
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence nationwide
Identify new business opportunities, channels, and customer segments
Drive revenue growth through active customer engagement and deal closure
Strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approach
Requirements:
Strong experience in sales leadership (steel, metals, building materials, or related industries preferred)
Proven ability to manage teams and drive market expansion
Experience handling both B2C and B2B sales is a strong advantage
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable building markets from the ground up
Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
