Minimum of 4+ years working in Commercial/Industrial Roofing
Ability to work at heights
Ability to work well in outdoor elements in a team environment
Willingness to learn new tasks

Some weekend flexibility may be required at times
Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE
Minimum of 6 years driving experience required along with Minimum age requirements for insurance purposes for use of a company vehicle

Job Responsibility

Instruct apprentices, supervise fellow tradespersons in construction activities
Install, replace or repair all types of roofing systems including, but not limited to, BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM and TPO systems
Safely operate a variety of handheld tools such as cordless drills, grinders, cut off saws, etc.
Understanding of safe work practices and job procedures
Participate in safety toolbox meetings
