About the job: Responsibility of this job is the IKEA Restaurant sales areas, guest areas including co-worker restaurant, dish washing facility and IKEA Cafés. Leading and managing to fulfil the purpose of our function by building business and people together. Striving to make people smile while providing irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives our guests a good reason to return again and again.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the IFB Manager, strengthen the IKEA Food & Beverages Concept
  • drive sales, profitability, and cost control within IKEA Food
  • analyse sales trends, KPIs, and forecasts
  • drive customer satisfaction through availability, speed of service, and cleanliness
  • follow up on food quality and safety regulations
  • manage cost and financial performance of the Restaurant section

Requirements:
