Job Responsibility:
Welcome customers in the dedicated areas while considering the specificities of the clientele
Assist and accompany individual customers: passengers with reduced mobility (PRM), unaccompanied minors to help them with the registration process, transfer, disembarkation, arrival, baggage delivery, etc
Provide general, individual, and collective information related to departures, check-ins, boardings, and arrivals: flights, guidelines to follow, indications of halls, zones, boarding gates, baggage claim belts, etc
Guide customers geographically within the airport
Provide assistance and support to passengers, customers, and their companions to facilitate their journey
Ensure necessary communication for the smooth operation of operations with company employees, stakeholders, partners, and passengers
Requirements:

Skills in sales techniques and conflict management
Mastery of airline procedures
Proficiency in English
The position requires a Bachelor's degree, obtained in the specialty or an equivalent training
Holder of a driver's license
Holder of certifications related to the activity
Acquisition and mastery of mandatory authorizations and certifications
