Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Associate to participate in credit research and investigation of existing and prospective clients under the direction of more experienced individuals within the Commercial Real Estate Underwriting functional area.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in credit research and investigation of existing and prospective clients
Review basic issues, policies, or procedures related to low to medium risk tasks
Exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Underwriting managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders

Requirements:

6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Underwriting experience
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Graduation
MBA Finance would be a plus
Previous experience supporting US CRE market would be a plus
Underwriting experience in commercial real estate investment management or commercial real estate balance sheet lending business
Ability to read and understand basic commercial real estate loan documentation, securitization documents, including pooling and servicing agreements and related documentation

Nice to have:

MBA Finance
Previous experience supporting US CRE market
