Job Description:

10-week summer internship program for undergraduates interested in commercial real estate career. Provides hands-on experience through direct collaboration with industry professionals and structured training covering accounting, valuation, financial modeling, and credit analysis.

Job Responsibility:

Support valuation models for real estate properties and sectors
Assist with financial and credit analyses, presentations, and projects
Conduct property and industry research
Participate in due diligence and client meetings
Network with senior professionals across cross-functional partners
Support with client relationship development

Requirements:

6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education
Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
Strong academic achievement
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
Relevant internship experience
Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
