At Randstad, we are looking to find a commercial real estate representative to be part of Invego’s team. Invego is a Real Estate Development Company, specializing in both commercial and residential projects. In the Algarve, the company chose to develop a 'sanctuary where nature and architecture exist in perfect balance' (www.silveshills.com). In order to fulfill their vision, they aim to integrate a professional with sales responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, property showings, and ongoing communication throughout the process
  • Effectively present the features, benefits, and value propositions of the company's real estate development to potential clients
  • Guide clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • Work closely with the development, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and client satisfaction
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and market feedback to management
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions related to market positioning and future development projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience in the real estate industry
  • Understanding of residential real estate transactions, contracts, and market dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
  • Advanced english level, other languages such as french and dutch are valued
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
