Job Description:

Commercial Real Estate Program Analyst role in Multifamily-Affordable Housing division. Work closely with senior bankers to underwrite real estate and develop understanding of market fundamentals. 2-year non-rotational program focused on financing multifamily properties through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assembling complex financial models that project potential financial performance of assets
  • Researching specific real estate markets and assessing market data and trends
  • Identifying credit issues early in the underwriting process
  • Preparing borrower/guarantor financial reviews and writing memorandums
  • Assist in developing pitches for prospective clients and due diligence reports
  • Assist in developing transaction documents including term sheets and offering memorandums
  • Reviewing and assisting in development of loan agreements and ancillary documents
  • Participating in property tours and site visits
  • Engaging vendors to facilitate ordering and analyzing third-party reports

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • A BS/BA degree or higher with a graduation year in 2024
