Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager to participate in property performance review, research, and reporting, identify process improvements, and collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in review, research, and reporting of property performance
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Review and research basic operational assignments
Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
Present recommendations for resolving complex situations
Collaborate and consult with Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders

Requirements:

2+ years of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
MBA Finance would be a plus
Previous experience supporting US CRE market would be a plus
Review, analysis and reporting of property performance
Conduct or review, analysis and reporting of property physical condition inspections and compliance audits
Review, understand and interpret a wide array of loan/investment documents
Understand all aspects of the real estate transaction including the loan/investment structure, borrower/partnership/LLC structure, property, management and market

Nice to have:

MBA Finance
Previous experience supporting US CRE market
