Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm seeking a commercial real estate paralegal for its real estate team. The law firm provides full benefits and the ability to work on sophisticated commercial deals. This position allows 4 days in-office and 1 day from home. Responsibilities include handling residential and commercial real estate closings, pre-closing and post-closing matters, preparing closing documents, and managing TRID loan closings. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal is required, along with proficiency in Word, Displaysoft, ALTAStar, and Simplifile.

Job Responsibility:

Handle both residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish
Handle per-closing matters, including but not limited to, reviewing the title commitment and clearing title requirements
Handle post-closing matters, including but not limited to, issuance of title insurance policies
Assist with the preparation of closing documents under the supervision of an attorney
Record closing documents via Simplifile platform
Handle TRID loan closings from start to finish.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal
Proficiency with Word, Displaysoft, ALTAStar, and Simplifile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with legal teams and clients
Ability to handle both residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish
Handle per-closing matters, including but not limited to, reviewing the title commitment and clearing title requirements
Handle post-closing matters, including but not limited to, issuance of title insurance policies
Assist with the preparation of closing documents under the supervision of an attorney
Record closing documents via Simplifile platform
Ability to handle TRID loan closings from start to finish.
