Assist attorneys in handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions in connection with acquisitions, leases, development projects, dispositions, and financing matters.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and update due diligence checklists
Conduct comprehensive title and survey reviews, prepare summaries, and draft objection letters
Draft, review, and revise real estate transaction documents, including leases, loan documents, deeds, and related conveyance instruments
Draft, review, and update organizational and entity governance documents
Perform and analyze UCC, judgment, and lien searches
Coordinate, organize, and compile signature pages for transaction closings
Liaise directly with clients and third parties to manage due diligence, closing, and funding processes
Record documents electronically and in paper form, as required
Manage the preparation, assembly, and distribution of closing binders and other post-closing deliverables
