Job Description

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a law firm that is located in Chicago, IL. This is a full time, permanent position, 40 hour work week, HYBRID schedule, in office 2 days a week, full benefits, and competitive compensation!

Job Responsibility

Support all aspects and stages of real estate transactions, with an emphasis on title and survey review, due diligence review, document preparation and negotiation, closing logistics/mechanics coordination and post-closing integration and administration

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of real estate and related experience, including a background in real estate transactions, leasing and development, with a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Experience supporting and closing transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases, financing’s and developments
  • Contact and negotiate with third parties (including opposing parties, title companies, surveyors, railroad companies, and regulatory bodies) as needed
