Job Description

A South Florida based law firm seeks a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their legal team in Miami Lakes, Florida. This full-time position is primarily on-site, with flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will support attorneys with real estate transactions, commercial matters, title review, and document preparation.

Requirements

  • 5 + years of working experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Ability to handle both residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish
  • Handle pre-closing matters, including but not limited to, reviewing the title commitment and clearing title requirements
  • Handle post-closing matters, including but not limited to, issuance of title insurance policies
  • Assist with the preparation of closing documents under the supervision of an attorney
  • Record closing documents via Simplifile platform
  • Ability to handle TRID loan closings from start to finish
  • Proficiency with Word, Displaysoft, ALTAStar, and Simplifile
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions and legal processes
  • Paralegal certification or relevant degree

Nice to have

Bilingual in Spanish a plus
