In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and overseeing commercial real estate leases, ensuring all legal and administrative aspects are handled efficiently. Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain commercial real estate lease documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Review lease agreements to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational policies
Provide support in drafting, editing, and finalizing lease contracts and amendments
Conduct research on real estate laws and regulations to advise on compliance matters
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate lease negotiations
Ensure timely processing and tracking of lease agreements and related documentation
Assist in resolving lease-related issues by coordinating with legal and business teams
Maintain organized records of all lease transactions and updates in the company database
Support the preparation of reports and summaries related to leasing activities
Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and practices to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a strong understanding of related legal processes
Familiarity with lease agreements, contracts, and amendments
