Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to be part of a startup bank and help shape the culture. The bank will be the first designated as an MDI in the state of Indiana and is in the midst of a $24 million capital raise.

Job Responsibility:

Produce commercial real estate loans
Help shape the culture of a startup bank
Focus on credits in the $4 – $10 million range

Requirements:

Experienced commercial real estate loan officer
Track record of producing $40 – $50 million a year
Focus on credits in the $4 – $10 million range
Heavy CRE focus (owner and non-owner)
Passionate about the community
Experience in big multi-billion dollar bank group
Willing to be part of a startup bank
