Exciting opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to be part of a startup bank and help shape the culture. The bank will be the first designated as an MDI in the state of Indiana and is in the midst of a $24 million capital raise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce commercial real estate loans
  • Help shape the culture of a startup bank
  • Focus on credits in the $4 – $10 million range

Requirements:

  • Experienced commercial real estate loan officer
  • Track record of producing $40 – $50 million a year
  • Focus on credits in the $4 – $10 million range
  • Heavy CRE focus (owner and non-owner)
  • Passionate about the community
  • Experience in big multi-billion dollar bank group
  • Willing to be part of a startup bank
