Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney in the Bay Area that has strong energy experience to work with some of the world’s largest companies across multiple industries. This is an exciting opportunity to tackle complex legal challenges on a global scale.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding commercial real estate matters
  • Drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents and supporting internal client teams
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment
  • Complex commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales
  • Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects
  • Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside

Nice to have:

  • Junior/Mid-level lawyers with energy exposure would be ideal
  • Experience with construction agreements is a plus
