I am seeking a mid‑level Commercial Real Estate Finance Associate to join a sophisticated firm in Miami. My client specializes in representing lenders in commercial real estate transactions ranging from ten million to $200 million in value. This is a high‑impact role advising premier banking and debt‑fund clients in complex deals. The team offers meaningful responsibility, hands‑on mentorship, and longevity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and support all phases of real estate finance transactions for institutional lender clients
  • Review and manage real estate diligence across residential, commercial, and industrial assets
  • identify issues and craft solutions
  • Collaborate closely with partners

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of commercial real estate finance experience
  • lender‑side exposure preferred
  • Florida market experience
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Member of the Florida Bar
