Job Responsibility

  • Represent lenders and/or borrowers in complex commercial real estate financing transactions, including acquisition financing, construction loans, permanent financing, and refinancing transactions and lines of credit
  • Handle purchase and sale transactions from initial structuring through closing
  • Conduct and oversee due diligence processes
  • Draft and negotiate leasing agreements
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously with a high level of organization and attention to detail

Requirements

  • J.D. degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience at a law firm
  • Strong background in commercial real estate transactions
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
