Job Description:

Florida law firm is seeking a commercial real estate finance attorney with 4+ years to join dynamic law firm. The ideal candidate will specialize in handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing arrangements. This role offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment dedicated to delivering exceptional client outcomes. Position can be 100% remote plus full benefits and bonuses.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage large-scale commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development projects, and financing agreements
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate smooth closings
  • Provide expert legal advice on real estate matters, addressing issues as they arise during transactions

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience handling large-scale commercial real estate finance transactions in an AmLaw 100 or 200 law firm
  • Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and real estate laws
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Lender representation experience preferred
