Job Description

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a top mid‑size Seattle law firm to identify a mid‑level Commercial Real Estate Associate for its growing transactional practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate seeking greater responsibility, substantive client exposure, and a clearly defined long‑term career path within a collaborative and people‑focused environment. Base salary range: $146,000 – $169,000 for third‑ through fifth‑year associates, depending on experience. Quarterly non‑discretionary bonuses of up to $15,000 per quarter (up to $60,000 annually). Eligibility for an additional discretionary annual bonus. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package.
