Job Description

Preston Rowe Paterson Sydney is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Valuer to join their professional valuation team. This role is suited to a Certified Practising Valuer with a solid track record in the property industry, capable of delivering high-quality, compliant valuation advice across a range of property types.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct property inspections and valuation assessments
  • Prepare accurate, independent valuation reports in accordance with API standards
  • Analyse market data, comparable sales and local property trends
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional and quality requirements
  • Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

Requirements

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification
  • Minimum 2 years’ post‑qualification experience as a CPV
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the property valuation industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney property market
  • High attention to detail with sound professional judgement
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
