Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Landlord and tenant matters
Commercial leases, licences, and renewals
Development work and investment transactions
Property finance and secured lending
Work closely with a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and SMEs, providing tailored and pragmatic legal advice

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years’ PQE in commercial property
Strong technical grounding and a commercial outlook
Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent client care and communication skills
Team player who thrives in a collaborative working environment
