Job Description:

My client, a well-regarded firm with a strong presence in the commercial property sector, is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. You will be responsible for managing varied and complex caseloads in areas like easements, leases, and the sale of land with development potential. The role involves working with a diverse and loyal client base and offers excellent benefits and a clear career progression pathway.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied and complex caseload
Handling easements and wayleaves
Managing option agreements and leases
Selling land with development potential, including overage provisions
Working with a diverse client base including landowners, developers, and funders

Requirements:

At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law
In-depth knowledge of the sector
Genuine passion for career development
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work under pressure
Professionalism, integrity, and confidence when dealing with clients

Nice to have:

Experience in agricultural property work
Experience in property development
