Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team in Leeds, offering significant flexibility for home working. This key role involves advising a diverse portfolio of clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals of development sites, real estate finance, property procurement in corporate transactions, and lease negotiations. You will be responsible for managing a caseload independently, leading junior lawyers, and collaborating with teams across planning, construction, banking, and corporate sectors. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with a minimum of 7 years PQE or equivalent experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aims to develop their career within a reputable firm known for fostering professional growth and a supportive culture.
