Job Description:

The role involves handling a broad range of commercial property matters, acting for landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and lenders. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to their clients and contributing to the continued success of their property team.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law
Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related documentation
Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors
Supporting senior team members with complex transactions
Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
Applications considered from NQ plus that have completed a seat in commercial property
Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach
Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
