Job Description:

My client is a Legal 500 recognised firm seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

Become an integral part of a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive work environment
Leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional client service and strategic advice to a diverse portfolio of investors, developers, landlords, and tenants
Contribute to the growth and development of our property department through business development efforts and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

Extensive experience handling a wide range of commercial property transactions, including freehold acquisitions, disposals, leasehold assignments, new leases, and re-financing
Proven ability to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients, demonstrating excellent client care skills and the ability to manage your own caseload
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a strong aptitude for multitasking and managing time-sensitive documents
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a passion for contributing to the growth and development of the department
Commitment to staying up-to-date with relevant SRA principles and rules of professional conduct, as well as compliance with risk management processes and policies
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) within the commercial property department
Obtained a 2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree
Proven track record of delivering consistently high levels of client service and building a loyal client or referrer following
