Job Description:

Legal 500 ranked law firm looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Bury team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, driven Commercial Property Solicitor to establish themselves within a well-established, regional law firm for the long-term.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working own caseload of general Commercial Property work (landlord and tenant transactions, leases, acquisitions and disposals, sales and purchases, refinances, development set-ups)
  • taking part in Business Development opportunities
  • taking client instruction
  • preparing all relevant legal documents
  • conducting legal research
  • responsible for other team members across the Property Department

Requirements:

  • 8+ years PQE within Commercial Property law
  • keen eye for detail
  • excellent client care skills
  • looking to become an active member of a growing law firm
