A well-established and long-standing law firm based in East London is looking to appoint a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join its thriving team. Job Responsibility

  • Handle a broad caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Deal with lease renewals, rent reviews, licences to assign, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Advise on property development projects
  • Work closely with the wider property and private client teams
  • Support cross-departmental work
  • Play an active role in business development

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
  • A solid grounding in core property law and transactional work
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication
  • Experience using case management systems (LEAP preferred but not essential)
  • A proactive, organised, and team-focused approach

Nice to have

Experience of acting for SMEs, landlords, and local businesses
