Job Responsibility:

Handle a broad caseload of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion
Deal with lease renewals, rent reviews, licences to assign, freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Advise on property development projects
Work closely with the wider property and private client teams
Support cross-departmental work
Play an active role in business development

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
A solid grounding in core property law and transactional work
Strong technical and drafting skills
Excellent client-facing communication
Experience using case management systems (LEAP preferred but not essential)
A proactive, organised, and team-focused approach

Nice to have:

Experience of acting for SMEs, landlords, and local businesses
