Job Description:

My client, a well-regarded firm with a strong presence in the commercial property sector, is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. This full-time role is based in the vibrant heart of Wrexham, with hybrid working options available.

Job Responsibility:

managing a varied and complex caseload
working with a diverse client base including landowners, developers, and funders
building strong professional relationships
contributing to the continued success of the firm

Requirements:

5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law
in-depth knowledge of the sector
strong interpersonal skills
ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
ability to work under pressure
professionalism
integrity
confidence when dealing with clients

Nice to have:

experience in agricultural property work and property development
