Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team. The role involves managing complex and diverse commercial property cases and offers career progression within a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a high-quality, complex, and varied caseload
  • handle easements and wayleaves
  • handle option agreements and leases
  • manage sale of land with development potential (including overage provisions)
  • work with a diverse range of clients including landowners, developers, and funders

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • confidence when dealing with clients
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • high level of professionalism and integrity
  • ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Nice to have:

  • Experience in agricultural property work
  • experience in property development
