Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team. The role involves managing complex and diverse commercial property cases and offers career progression within a supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a high-quality, complex, and varied caseload
handle easements and wayleaves
handle option agreements and leases
manage sale of land with development potential (including overage provisions)
work with a diverse range of clients including landowners, developers, and funders

Requirements:

At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
strong interpersonal skills
confidence when dealing with clients
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
high level of professionalism and integrity
ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Nice to have:

Experience in agricultural property work
experience in property development
