Would you like to embark on an exciting journey as a Commercial Property Solicitor at an exceptional firm in Dartford. This permanent role offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £60,000, providing you with the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding legal environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, handling non-contentious commercial matters
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our respected Dartford-based firm

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively manage your caseload
  • Ability to handle freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, and secured lending
  • Proficiency in liaising with financial institutions and handling business sales and purchases
  • Some experience in residential conveyancing is desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and targets while maintaining a calm and professional demeaner
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
  • Excellent IT skills to support your work
  • Confident, commercially minded, and a skilled problem-solver

Nice to have:

Some experience in residential conveyancing is desirable
