Sacco Mann is proud to be partnering with a reputable legal practice seeking a dedicated Permanent Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool, Merseyside. This role is ideal for a Solicitor with around 5 years PQE, looking to leverage their expertise within a dynamic and supportive environment. Job Responsibility:

Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and property financing
Working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal advice
Ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively

Requirements:

Approximately 5 years of PQE in Commercial Property
Strong understanding of acquisition, disposal, and leasing transactions
Excellent client management skills with the ability to build professional relationships
Solid knowledge of property law and finance
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
