• Handling acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, and asset management
• Advising on banking and finance arrangements related to property transactions
• Liaising with a range of clients including businesses, investors, and developers
• Managing transactions from initial instruction to completion with minimal supervision
• Drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation with precision and clarity
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of client service
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments and supporting junior team members where required

• A qualified Solicitor with ideally 4+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Proven experience managing a broad caseload of commercial property matters independently
• Strong technical ability and a proactive, client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for business development are advantageous
