Job Description:

An established regional law firm based in Wimbledon is looking to recruit a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with 5+ years PQE to take the next step in their career. The role involves high-quality commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development, and financing. With a strong and loyal client base across the South West London area, this role offers the chance to manage a broad range of commercial property matters in a supportive and professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Acting on commercial leases (for landlords and tenants)
Managing acquisitions and disposals
Handling site development projects
Drafting and negotiating options
Overseeing commercial financing arrangements
Taking full responsibility for files from instruction to completion

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years PQE
Proven track record in handling commercial property transactions independently
Strong negotiation and drafting skills
Excellent client communication and relationship-building ability
Comfortable managing deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and team-focused attitude
