A prominent firm in North Yorkshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role offers exposure to a variety of real estate matters and provides opportunities for professional growth, including the possibility of Partnership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a wide range of real estate matters such as commercial leases, tenancies, commercial development, lease termination, property finance, enfranchisement, and planning
  • Develop business development (BD) skills
  • Collaborate within a well-established commercial property team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified as a solicitor
  • Proficiency in commercial property law matters such as commercial leases, tenancies, commercial development, lease termination, property finance, enfranchisement, and planning
