Job Description:

A prominent firm in North Yorkshire is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role offers exposure to a variety of real estate matters and provides opportunities for professional growth, including the possibility of Partnership.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a wide range of real estate matters such as commercial leases, tenancies, commercial development, lease termination, property finance, enfranchisement, and planning
Develop business development (BD) skills
Collaborate within a well-established commercial property team.

Requirements:

Qualified as a solicitor
Proficiency in commercial property law matters such as commercial leases, tenancies, commercial development, lease termination, property finance, enfranchisement, and planning
Ability to develop business development (BD) skills
Willingness to progress within the firm.
