Commercial Property Solicitor

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
• Act for SMEs, OMBs, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors across the region
• Handle acquisitions and disposals, leases (grant, renewal, assignment, surrender), refinancing matters, and portfolio management
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, leases, reports on title, and related documents
• Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused advice to a varied client base
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, helping to grow and develop the department’s profile
• Support junior members of the team and contribute to business development initiatives

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong technical expertise across a broad range of real estate matters
• Experience working with SME and OMB clients is highly desirable
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a practical, solution-focused approach
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently
• Strong client care ethos and the ability to foster long-term relationships
• A collaborative team player committed to contributing to a supportive working environment
