Job Description:

A respected London-based law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate division in a full-time, permanent role. This opportunity is ideal for a solicitor with between NQ and 3 years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-quality commercial property environment. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will work alongside experienced professionals on a range of transactions, from acquisitions and disposals to landlord and tenant matters and development projects.

Job Responsibility:

Handling their own caseload
Drafting and negotiating leases
Managing freehold and leasehold transactions
Advising on title and planning issues
Supporting property finance deals
Assisting in larger team-based projects and cross-departmental work
Contributing to business development
Supporting junior colleagues

Requirements:

A UK legal qualification (or equivalent)
0-3 years’ PQE in commercial property or real estate law
Solid experience handling a range of real estate transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented approach with commercial acumen
