Job Description:

A top 100 law firm based in the City of London is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ) to join their highly respected Real Estate practice. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to work within a Legal 500 Tier 2 and Chambers Band 2 ranked team. The Commercial Property Solicitor will be joining a growing department that advises on a broad spectrum of high-value and high-profile transactions across commercial and mixed-use real estate.

Job Responsibility:

Exposure to a wide range of real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, landlord and tenant, asset management, and mixed-use development
Working closely with all partners in the team and other departments
Leasing of high-value commercial premises for blue-chip tenants
Purchase and disposal of investment properties
Development site acquisitions and disposals
Asset management across national property portfolios

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (NQ – September 2025 or recently qualified)
Previous experience gained from a well-regarded real estate team
Understanding of commercial property transactions and related legal frameworks
A strong academic background (Law degree or GDL + LPC/SQE)
Strong communication and analytical skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to client service
