Job Description:

A respected full-service law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (1+ years’ PQE) to join its established team in Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a broad and varied commercial property caseload, advising a diverse client base that includes local and regional businesses, developers, investors, and landowners. The role offers strong exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment, with genuine opportunities for long-term progression.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant matters
  • Advising on commercial leases, renewals, assignments, and agreements for lease
  • Supporting on development matters, refinancing, and secured lending transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property documentation
  • Working closely with colleagues across departments on multi-disciplinary matters
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activity

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE in commercial property
  • Strong technical knowledge and sound drafting skills
  • Commercially aware with a practical, client-focused approach
  • Able to manage matters with appropriate supervision and prioritise effectively
  • A collaborative team player keen to develop and progress within a full-service firm
