A respected, full-service legal practice based in Central London is currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload, working on high-quality commercial property matters, and will contribute to business development initiatives in a supportive team environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage their own caseload of varied commercial property transactions
Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments
Handle acquisitions and disposals
Handle development projects
Address landlord and tenant issues
Support bridging finance
Attend networking events
Contribute to client newsletters
Help drive departmental growth
Requirements:
Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales
Solid experience in handling commercial property transactions, ideally including bridging finance
Familiarity with Office 365 and legal case/document management systems
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills
A team-focused attitude with commercial awareness
A willingness to support business development initiatives
