Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor (5+PQE) to head up a well-established law firm in Farnham due to growth. Responsibilities include handling all forms of property matters from instruction to post-completion, covering landlord & tenant work, development, real estate finance, and sales/acquisitions, along with supervising a small team.

Job Responsibility:

supervising a small team

Requirements:

5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Commercial Property Law
experience handling all aspects of commercial property matters including landlord & tenant work, development, real estate finance, sales and acquisitions
supervisory experience managing a team or mentoring others is preferred

Nice to have:

experience supervising or training others
